This wrapper does not include the mod itself. Download the actual Seamless Co-op mod (the zip) from Nexus Mods first — the wrapper finds it and handles the rest.

The Rite

Three acts. You perform one click.

The setup tool does the tedious part of modding so nobody in your party has to read a wiki. Run it once; from then on it's just the launcher.

  1. Act I

    It finds the game

    Scans Steam's own records for your Elden Ring install — any drive, any library folder. No browsing for folders unless it truly can't see one.

  2. Act II

    It plants the mod

    Grabs the mod zip you downloaded from Nexus (it checks your Downloads and Desktop, or you can drag it on), unpacks it into the game folder, backs up any old settings first, and asks for admin rights only if Windows demands it.

  3. Act III

    It opens the session

    Sets your co-op password, offers the host-only difficulty scaling, and starts the game. Run it again anytime — press Enter to keep what you have or type new values. It also checks your co-op save is wired up correctly, so Continue isn't missing when you load in.

In the Lands Between

Rest at a Site of Grace. Three relics appear.

Once in game, the mod grants each player its own key items — this is how sessions begin and end.

Host Tiny Great Pot Opens your world to the party
Join Effigy of Melina Carries you into the host's world
Leave Separating Mist Departs — if the host leaves, the session ends for all
The Covenant

Three vows keep the party together.

Sworn by every member

  • One password, exactly. Every player enters the same co-op password, capital letters included. Anyone who knows it can join you.
  • One mod version. The whole party runs the same release of Seamless Co-op — mismatched versions cannot see each other.
  • Steam, signed in and online. Matchmaking runs through Steam; Offline Mode breaks it. Launch through the mod's shortcut, not the vanilla game.

The Lands Between are better with company.
